HAPPY 2010!

Yesterday we celebrated New Year’s Eve. My friends and I went to Alameda Park Hotel to celebrate the New Year. First we have dinner together in my home. We drank champagne and we danced and when it was twelve o’clock we ate the grapes (I ate seven grapes only, like every year, because I can’t eat so many grapes in these few seconds) and I wish to my friends a happy New Year, then I send lots of messages with my mobile phone to some friends that live far of where I live and to my cousins. After eating the grapes we went to a pub next to my home and we drank more. After we went to the “Casal Fallero”, where there was a small party, to wish a happy new year to my fathers and my aunts and uncles. Then we caught a bus to Sagunto. In Sagunto we went to one friend’s house. There we put ourselves make up on and we put on our full dresses and then we went to the bus station and there we caught a bus to Valencia. When we arrived to Valencia we went to the Alameda Park Hotel where there was a very very big party with many people, in my opinion too many people. The Hotel was very lujoso and it was well decorated, at first, of course, after the night it was a destroyed place. At first glance I didn’t like it: the bar was full of people, so for take a mixed drink you have to stay there about fifteen minutes, the loos were full of people too, so you have to wait about ten minutes in a queue and you have to bear shoves and stamps on your foots, and finally dance in the dance floor was an impossible thing. But then when I drank a bit more and they opened a second dance floor, the party was so much better and I enjoyed it a lot. We danced and sang and met many old friends, we spent a really good time together although we have some problems at the end of the night: someone stole the mobile phone and the wallet of one of my friends, she was shattered because the mobile phone was her Santa Claus’s present and she had in the wallet fifty Euros, the identification card and a credit card. The party finished at seven o’clock in the morning and we were at the hotel until half past seven because we had to wait until the hotel was empty of people for look for the wallet of my friend, or rather for look for her credit card and her ID card (we only looked for the these because we knew that was impossible to find the mobile phone and the fifty Euros). But we didn’t find either the ID card or the credit card so we returned to Sagunto.

I spent a lovely New Year’s Eve, now I’m going to start keeping my New Year’s proposals and I’m going to clean my room.

PS. Happy New Year!
